The southern manifesto was a statement of opposition against the brown v. board of education of topeka, kansas which desegregated schools. it wanted the schools segregated and its argument was that nowhere in the us constitution does it mention education and this was an abuse of judicial power. my question is can you link their argument to any other situations in us history?
