(Sorry for the late response) I think the conflict is sad but kind of justified, since Israel did just come out of nowhere and took Palestinean land. I think I would just give them their own designated land and then let them work out peaceful negotiations from there; they would have to share holy cities since there are important sites for Muslims, Christians, and Jews.
