Help Please Around the spring of 1692, the town of Salem, Massachusetts, was gripped by a wave of unexplained terror. The incident started with a few girls falling sick from a mysterious illness. But it soon spiraled into accusations of witchcraft. More than 200 people were accused of being witches, and 20 were sentenced to death.
