Fred is 50 years old. He and his family moved to Suches, Georgia from North Carolina 5 years ago. Fred has always been very active in politics and held several elected positions in North Carolina. He is currently the mayor of Suches, GA. but, he has decided he wants to become GA’s next governor. Is Fred eligible to be governor of GA? A.
Yes. Fred has already proven his leadership abilities in NC and Suches, besides, his age indicates he has years of wisdom and experience.

B.
Yes. Fred is old enough, lives in Suches, and is already an elected leader in our state. He has proven he has the experience we want in a governor.

C.
No. Fred might be old enough but he has not lived in GA for the required 6 years so he is not eligible to be governor of GA even though he is a mayor

D.
No. Fred is too old and he is from North Carolina. We don’t allow people from other states to be Governor of Georgia.
