This semester we have studied Industrialization, Immigration, Women's Suffrage, Constitutional Amendments 13-20, WWI, The Roaring 20s, The Harlem Renaissance, The Great Depression, The New Deal, WWII, The Atomic Bomb and the Civil Rights movement. We have talked about U. S. Presidents from Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover and FDR to JFK, LBJ and Richard Nixon. Additionally, we have heavily considered the impact of the Supreme Court on American's daily live. We have covered 100 years of history in just six months. All of this while also experiencing and dealing with a pandemic, social and political strife in our nation, and new realities in our daily lives. Thinking back through this semester, which person, court case or event was most memorable for you? How did that person or event influence your perception of history? As you move forward into senior year, how will this person or event be relevant in your life?
