Remember, this is a business decision, so be sure to use your best grammar and logic to make yourself sound professional and like an expert of your craft. Your aim should be to convince the director and producers to agree with you and hire this man for the job. You can also make up details about how he performed in his audition that you watched if those would strengthen your argument, but please focus mostly on his appearance or body language, since that is your job as casting director.
