The US use diplomacy and foreign aid to influence the other countries.

When the other countries were not able to get influenced by the US diplomacy and foreign aid strategies they then used to take help of the military force to cover the many parts of the world.
They used several policies to lure in the other countries but some who didn't get influenced had to fight on the battleground. one such war was Korean war.
