the lord felt this way becuase man no longer obeyed him. they practiced violonce rather than kindness. the only man righteous man that remained was noah. Noah was not wicked. He was not corrupt or violent. Like his ancestor Enoch, Noah walked with God. He did not live as a rebel against God.
