Da una solución al problema: Tenemos muchos años de conocer la existencia de los concejos directivos escolares y los gobiernos estudiantiles; se dice que en el centro educativo algunos de ellos han funcionado bien y que otros no han desarrollando resultados positivos; de ahí la necesidad de evaluar el proceso y organización de estos, con el fin de plantear cómo se puede mejorar y favorecer a la comunidad educativa.
