Why is the word freedom often used to describe the United States of America? The answer can be found in the Bill of Rights - the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution. The Founding Fathers established the Bill of Rights to guarantee Americans their civil liberties and, in the process, eliminate tyranny. After reading the Bill of Rights transcript, choose the three Amendments that are most important to you. Then, write a paragraph identifying which three Amendments you chose and why.
