Like what Unbroken said, it has the greatest impact, because it both affects the territory of the bear (all scent markings and territories are gone, due to the fire), the amount of food for the bear (because of the fire, the herbivores have less food (if they even survive the fire), and due to the fact that food is low, they will become smaller in population), and just the overall environmental change and problems will greatly affect the population (sorry forgot my 3rd point, when i remember, ill tell you)
