High income countries. as sad as it sounds, high income countries are more likely to survive other less deadly diseases than low income countries because they are more likely to spend more money on health care. as a result, breast cancer deaths are most likely to occur in high income countries because breast cancer occurs later in life, and people in low income countries probably would have died before they got breast cancer.
