You are starting a new homebuilding business and are responsible for choosing a location to build your first subdivision. you want to choose a place where all different types of people will want to live and work. in which ecosystem would you choose to build? why?

The ecosystem of location to start this business would be in California where we have a warmer climate that attracts people who enjoy going to the beach, fair weather all year round which attract climate controlled people, the state also offers mountains for skiing.  Essentially this ecosystem and location offers many reassure activities where people will want to come along with where people will want to work.
