Describe the relations between the united states and other nations under the articles of confederation.

The article of confederation was the first written constitution of the united states. It is the confederation of the 13 independent sates which formed the United sates of america. The states remained sovereign and the congress has little control over them. This result  in problem because there was little power with which congress has to deal with other nations. There was frustration in foreign minister because of their inability to of having a strong central authority. This eventually led way to form the constitution of United States.
