The Potsdam conference took place in Potsdam in 1845 between the Soviet Union, represented by the Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin, the United States,represented by the U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Great Britain, represented by the Prime Minister Winston Churchill.
