We now know that america s first attempt at organizing government was not a success. in three to five well developed paragraphs, explain/discuss a minimum of three reasons for the failure of the articles of confederation.

I will provide some ideas for you to write the paragraphs on this topic. You might start with a short introduction explaining what the Articles of Confederation represents.

*Introduction: it might be considered a plan of government for the USA. a written agreement (18781)- 13 states participated. 

*5 reasons for failure:
1- weak national government;
2- congress with no power to tax or regulate commerce;
3- no common currency;
4-states only have 1 vote 
5- no execution or judicial branches. 

You might use each reason to write a paragraph (just a suggestion)
