It could be argued that a positive result of the war in Iraq was that Saddam Hussein, who was the fifth president of Iraq and was widely known as being a brutal dictator, was removed from power. Although there were a great deal of negative repercussions from the Iraq War as well. 

Do you have more info about it ? i doubt this is the answer because i don't have all the information but if trouble was brewing in a clinic maybe it was an argument as to which clinic was better or smth of that nature
