A free-market economy is an economy where the laws of supply and demand are the sole basis of the economic system and there is no government intervention. It is also characterized by the absence of forced transactions. There are no pure markets as such, because almost all  markets around the world are constrained. Free Market is a synonym of Laissez-faire capitalism. When people talk of free-market capitalism they refer to competition with private transactions between the buyers and sellers. so the three aspects of the free-market economy are Law of demand and supply as the basis of the economic system, no government intervention, and the absence of forced transactions.
