Well I believe that the last one would be correct. But we have the jet which was a secret plan from the Germans (the Messerschmitt Me 262) which the Americans stole from the plans after the war. And ever since then they have improved. Which would kind of make me think the second choice would be correct. But if we were to talk about all of the technology in a whole it would be the correct answer.
