What do you notice about population distribution and settlement location in ancient egypt

The population distribution and settlement location of ancient Egypt was very similar to one of different civilizations which were existing at the time. They positioned their civilization near Nile, due to obvious benefits as they could grow crops. Their population was mostly composed of children and young adults, shaped like a triangle. There were very few older people at the time.
