Describe the differences between the republican and democratic positions on the issue of global warming

In general, most Democrats today acknowledge that global warming exists and that it is man-made, and that something needs to be done about it. Republicans, on the other hand, mostly refused to believe that it is a man-made issue, despite tons of evidence to the contrary.
