What effect did the bretton woods system have on globalization after world war ii?

After world war two, numerous ideas around trading began to emerge among capitalist  countries. This led to globalization because it was made possible for companies to export goods throughout the entire world and this was mostly noticed in Europe and the United States which more or less became the same market.
