1) No trials by jury- Not having the ability to have a jury trial gives one person way too much power in court. Without a jury, the judge would be responsible for  deciding who was guilty or innocent. One person could easily be manipulated or have an unfair bias against an individual who is accused of a crime.

2) Not able to vote for government leaders- Not being able to vote for who leads us would be tragic. Any individual who gained political power would be able to make laws that only benefit them. Along with this, it would take a long time to get rid of this individual. Unless there was a successful revolution, we would have to wait until the person gave up power or passed away. Besides this, the American people would not be able to hold political officials responsible. This is because citizens would not have the power to vote them out of office.
