European imperialism brought about many changes in the african continent. europeans forced africans to grow . this way of growing crops benefited .

It benefited the African continent as a  whole probably because  it was a forcing task but anyways, it effected their economical growth because according to the similar understanding in history( here the quotation) "work with cleverness makes a profit"The Africans worked for Europeans and gave them profit but also it was beneficial to them.
