The party has a history of labeling dissidents and opposition to its policies as  those that are influenced by capitalism and its vestiges. As  a result of this labeling the party domestically justify the use of force, and abuse of rights against  opposition against it and inside its ranks.

If he breaks the law then he had to resign from his post and so he'll lose his/her powers.
