It is reviewed in Committee.
For a bill to become a law and to be enacted, several processes are involved to ensure that all aspects of the legislation are included in the Bill. It also has to be noted that the proposed bill is within the proponents of the Constitution, and passes judicial review of the Supreme Court. Firstly, the bill is drafted and introduced for debate on the floor of the Senate house by the majority leader or anyone Senator. It is then sent to the respective committee for review, according to the subject matter of the bill. The committees look into the finer details of the bills and use their subcommittees to cover every aspect of the bill. After due consideration, review, revision, and recommendation, the bill gets passed back to the House for a full debate and approval.
Further Explanation-
After the bill is fully drafted and reviewed by the respective Senate committee, it is sent back for debate and discussion to the full House. Solutions, changes, and alterations may be proposed by Senators which may or may not get added to the bill. They might also propose the addition of certain clauses to the bill. The bill has to be voted on by both the members of the Senate and the House of Representatives. The Chamber Committees clear any differences in the representations of the bill between the Senate members and the House, and a compromise is reached on the terms and clauses of the proposed bill. Once both the Senate and the House agree on all the points and clauses mentioned in the Bill, it is cleared for passing on for Presidential Action. The bill becomes a law either on the signature of the President or if the President does not sign it by ten days. The President has the right to veto a bill if he or she feels the need to have the bill reconsidered by the House and the Senate.
