Think of two factors you believe a court should consider when dealing with juveniles.

1. There background. If a Kid has always been a trouble maker then this situation was obviously another juvenile act done upon the child.
 2. There parenting, and the way they present and talk in the court room. If a kid comes in the court room sloppy not caring about the next step in his or her life then the judge should do no sparing of the kids freedom. Also if there parents are yelling and or cussing you out then the act that the child has committed has been taught to do or raised in the child, therefore the child is thinking these actions are acceptable.
