Let's say a police officer arrests someone, and this person has a religion in which they take drugs. after arresting and putting them in the police car, can the policeman stop by their church along the way to the police station and see if anything illegal is going on?

I think that it’s no because a police man must know about the religion and if the person is lying while he or she is checking at the church it can be false and that person can escape, police are trained to know about religion and what is allowed, can u please mark me brainliest
