A frivolous lawsuit is a case without merit, sometimes filed in an effort to force the defendant to offer a cash settlement rather than going to the expense of defending the lawsuit. What is your opinion about them? Should people be allowed to take others to court for any issue they feel like or should they be punished? Can the government and/or should the government stop frivolous lawsuits?
