Symoa is the director and 99% shareholder in an incorporated pork
business named “Pork City”. Pork City is about to go into liquidation,
owing another company, “Sardine City”, $15,000.00 (USD).
Pork City has also committed the crime of false trade descriptions.
Pork city was also supposed to sell a plot of land owned by the
company to “Rasta Food City" but, Symoa created another company
named “Pork Town” and sold the land that was to be sold to “Rasta
Food City” to “Pork Town” because she changed her mind and said "I
do not want any of those guys to own more land”.
Advise Symoa on her liability for the legal above issues.
