You dogs snaps at the aggressive dog and it runs back to the house. The dog comes after your dog again and you ask the owner to get the dog. The owner pretends to scream and you say that their dog almost attacked your dog. You continue walking. You feel at the time that your dogs life and yours was in danger. You dog is also a service dog. What could the owner of the dog be charged with?
