Separate Corporate Personality, Directors' Duties, Minority Protection and Corporate Insolvency are the key areas of English company law. The law in relation to each of these four areas needs to address the tensions that exist between all the relevant stakeholders in a company; and in each of these areas there are significant problems, which show that the law is currently failing in its task.
