The members of the Harrisburg High graduation class would like to read a passage from the Bible and a passage from the Torah at their commencement exercises. However, the principal is saying they cannot because it violates the Constitution? Is this true? No, since they are reading from more than one text they are not showing preference to one religion over another.
Yes, because the Supreme Court has said that it would violate the First Amendment.
No, because the students have the right to free speech and, since this is their graduation they can voice whatever they choose.
