(5/5/2007)Robert called Joshua offering him to purchase his shop at $10million. Joshua asked Robert: the price is too expensive, is it possible to reduce the price? Robbert replied: the price I offered was lower than market value (market vlue=$11m) . (7/5/2007) Robert sold the shop to James at the price of $9.5m. James accept it. (7/8/2007) Robert overheard ftwo strangers talking about the said property been sold to James. (8/8/3007) Joshua called Robert to discuss the sales and purchase agreement. Robert told him that he had sold to James as he thought Joshua offering was not interested anymore. Joshua wishes to sue Robert. How to advise Joshua?
