Consider the steps used in arriving at a final jury and the rules that attorneys are allowed, per our laws, to use in the selection of a final jury. Also consider what you have covered in other classes about the steps in the criminal justice process (arrest, booking, initial appearanceon to trial, inclusive of the grand jury process). In your own estimation--what step do you view as the most problematic for a black person accused of a crime and now facing the criminal justice system? Support your position.
