The angular distance of a 300 degrees drawing is more than the angular distance of a -60 degrees drawing, the also have different direction of rotation, however they  have the same terminal line and are therefore, coterminal

The drawing of a door for example may indicate an allowance of 300 degrees rotation, however, rotating the door -60 degrees may be impossible without some construction issues

The answer is therefore, 300 degrees specification in a drawing is not the same as a specification of -60 degrees (they are however, coterminal because their value differs by 360°)
