What is the area of this shape? i got 1800 square foot. ! how did you get the answer also?

For this question first you should find the area of the triangle so you should say:
3*6/2 = 18/2 = 9 ft
now you should find the area of the rectangular so you should say:
16*8 = 128 ft 
now you should add them together so you will have:
128 + 9 = 137 square foot :)))
