Amom bakes a plate of cookies for her children. the first child comes home and eats 1/3 of cookies. then her 2nd child comes in and eats the same amount. finally her 3rd child comes in and also eats 1/3.the mom walks in and is suprised there is 8 cookies left. how many did she bake in the first place.
