It would be SAS

Because there is only one angle shown, that is your 90 degree, right angle. Then you see that it shows one pair of sides congruent, but not 2. So how do we know that it is SAS if there isn't two congruent sides? Well, if there is a line (the bisector) on both the triangles (the line in the middle, AB) then that means that those two sides are congruent as well.
