26) 3f - 2 = 13         add 2 to both sides
          3f = 15          divide both sides by 3
           f = 5

27) 2y - 10 = 14          add 10 to both sides
          2y = 24             divide both sides by 2
          y = 12

28)  5/7r + (-6) = 29    subtract -6 from both sides
        5/7r = 35             divide both sides by 5/7. When you divide by a                  r = 49                  fraction, multiply the number by the denominator                                         and divide by the numerator (35 x 7)/5
