For the following questions, assume x1 = 2, x2 = 5, x3 = 11, x4 = 12, and y = 3. keep in mind that there are four x’s and one y. so, when asked to calculate the summation of x as you see in question #11, you actually need to sum all four x’s. this is also true in problems #12 through #20. my advice is to make sure you set the equation up correctly. i have completed this task for questions #11 and #12. once the equation is set up correctly, the calculations are rather basic.
