f(t) = a8 cos(320πt) + a7 cos(280πt) + a6 cos(240πt) + a5 cos(200πt) + a4 cos(160πt) + a3 cos(120πt) + a2 cos(80πt) + a1 cos(40πt).
unfortunately, the received signal will also be corrupted by high frequency noise (at frequencies above 350π rad/s). your task is to design an appropriate filter (or set of filters) to recover each of the transmitted bits a8, a7, a6, a5, a4, a3, a2, a1, and thus the transmitted letter.
(a) explain how you would do this, and provide the transfer functions of the corresponding filters. draw a block diagram showing how you would take the received signal and apply the appropriate filters to recover those bits.
(b) explain how you would construct a series rlc circuit to the values of r, l and c for each of the filters you create.
