checking account. during the next month he deposited $290, wrote a check for $120, made
another deposit of $175 and wrote two additional checks: one for $160 and the other for $132. he was assessed a monthly service fee of $5. “fast lane” needs new tires for his hot rod. they're $170 apiece. does freddie have enough money in his checking account to
purchase them? if he does, what's his new balance?
