Can you guys me convert a pancake recipe?
what i need to do is find a recipe online and choose 4 of the ingredients to convert (as it says
for each ingredient, i need to set up a proportion that will find the amount needed of the ingredient to make a recipe for 50 servings.
showing all work, find the amount of each of the four ingredients you chose.
the recipe i chose is a pancake recipe, the ingredients i chose are:
*1 1/4 cup milk
*1 teaspoon salt
* 1 egg
*3 tablespoon butter, melted
