If the temperature when you woke up was -10°f, and the temperature at mid-day was 42°f, what is the difference in temperature? if at bedtime, the temperature was a decrease of the high mid-day temperature by 1/4 the difference in temperature ( from morning to mid-day), what is the temperature when you go to bed?
