additional $0.35/minute for up to two hours & $0.25/minute for any additional time
over two hours. the following function is used to compute the overall cost for a
patron.
[ 12.75, if 0 c(x) = 0.35x+3.15, if 45 < x < 120
0.25x+8.15 if x> 120
where x is the amount of time in minutes spent batting at the strike zone. compute
the cost for each person given the number of minutes spent batting.
