distance between two points

        D = 5

b) 4 − 9 i and 1 − 5 i

  r = (4-1) + (-9 -(-5))i

  r = 3 - 4 i

D = 5

c) both the result are numerically same because complex number represent point on the graph where y -axis represent imaginary axis and x -axis is real value axis.

b is 38 degrees.

a is 52 degrees.

this is because if b is 38 and a is 14 degrees more than b than 38+14=52 and 52+38=90 degrees. hope this .
