What has to happen now in order for Jennie to win both prizes ?

-- First drawing.  Jennie wins.
   Probability  =  (5 tickets) / (200 possible draws)  =  5/200

   Now there are 199 tickets left in the barrel, and Jennie has 4 .

-- Second drawing.  Jennie wins.
    Probability  =  (4 tickets) / (199 possible draws)  =  4/199 .
