To divide a decimal by a decimal - such as 0.25 divided by 0.4

A) Only move the decimal in the dividend

B) Only move the decimal in the divisor

C) Move the decimal over one place in the divisor, then move the decimal over one place in the dividend. The decimal would then be between the 2 and the 5. Move the decimal straight up in the answer.

D) Move the decimal over two places in the divisor and two places in the dividend. The decimal would end up after the 5 and move straight up in the answer.
