Cylinders A and B are right circular cylinders. The height hA of cylinder A is 3 m and its radius rA is 1.2 m. The height hB of cylinder B is 15 m and its radius rB is 1.2 m. How many times as great as VA, the volume of the smaller cylinder A, is VB, the volume of the larger cylinder B?
